The Examination Timetable, Clash list and the Rooming Guides are now confirmed and these have been posted to GrammarNet, the School’s website, and the noticeboard in the corridor between A10 & A11. Students are reminded to check the Rooming Guides carefully to make sure that they know where to go for every examination. Students also need to ensure that arrive at the correct room at least 15 minutes before each examination so they ready to start their examination on time at either 9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm or 2pm.

The Ethics Olympiad meeting after school today is cancelled. Please continue preparing your cases.

The members who have expressed an interest in the film project must meet in A1 at the beginning of lunchtime today.

Students are invited to attend a presentation by the University of Waikato to be held in Te Ara's forum during Lunchtime on Thursday 28 March.

All students who are involved in the Chinese Extravaganza, meet in L7 at morning interval today.

All members of the Headmaster's Heritage Committee are to meet today at lunch in H3.

All four of the school's internal music competitions have heats or finals next term. These are: The Battle of The Bands, The F3 Piano Cup, The Junior Music Plate and the Minister’s Plate.
There is a meeting at the beginning of lunchtime today, in M1, for any musician who wishes to perform in any of these competitions.

There is a cricket presentation for all teams in the Old Boys Pavilion at lunchtime today. All cricketers should attend. Junior teams are from the start of lunch until 1:20pm and all junior cricketers are to make their way immediately into the OBP at the end of period 5. Senior cricketers are to wait either downstairs or on the landing and enter the OBP at the conclusion of the junior presentation.

All members of AGS Fencing are to meet in E6 at the beginning of interval today.

Form 5 trials are on Wednesday morning, next week, at 7am on the turf.

Anyone Form 6 or 7 student wanting to play Senior Social football needs to collect a form from Mr Keshwara after ensuring they have a parent coach who is willing to support in place.
