Disc Ultimate

A reminder for Disc Ultimate that games will be on as usual after school tomorrow night (Tuesday). It's not to late for new and experienced players to be assigned to a team — please meet at the artificial turf after school.
The trial for the Premier I and II teams will take place on Thursday afternoon on the artificial turf at 3.30, with no junior training on this day. Those who are intending to trial should bring a light and a dark shirt along with suitable footware. If you cannot make the trial, you must see Mr Buckingham to discuss your place in the teams.

Grammar Voices

A reminder for those students involved in Grammar Voices of your sectional rehearsals today at lunchtime for baritones and tenors. Please meet promptly in the Music Suite. A full attendance is expected. Please see Mr Buckingham with any queries.

New Zealand Young Physicists' Tournament

There is a meeting after school today at 3.20 pm in Physics room P3 for all students competing in the New Zealand Young Physicists' Tournament. See Mr Jennings if you cannot make the meeting.

International Biology Olympiad

All students competing in this year's IBO exam need to complete their computer check and confirm with Mr Dickson before the end of school tomorrow.

Asian Cultural Group Tutoring

Auckland University Young Scholars Programme 2017

ID Photographs

Form 6 & 7 ID Photographs will take place tomorrow morning in the Old Gymnasium. Check the timetable on the Hall Pillars for times. Students of other Year levels who have not had an ID photo taken either at the end of 2016 or the first week of this year can also have a portrait photo taken at the times indicated on the timetable.

ID Photographs

ID photographs will be taken today for all Form 6 & 7 students as well as those Form 4 & 5 students who didn't have a photo taken in the final week of last year.

Film Society

Federico Fellini described film as a “different language.” Through it, he said, we find a “different vision of life.” The Senior Film Society has been an institution for over 30 years, and offers Form 6 and 7 students the opportunity to watch and discuss the diverse “visions of life” found in film. The Society meets every Monday at 5:30pm at the Capitol Cinema on Dominion Road, and includes students from Auckland Grammar, EGGS, St Cuthbert’s and St Kentigern’s.

If you are interested in joining the Society, come to a meeting in E2 at the beginning of lunchtime next Monday for more information. If you are unable to attend the meeting, see either Miss Potocky in the English Department, Mrs Keshwara in the Accounting Department, or Mr Boroughs in the Art Department.
