Form 5 students taking Vocational Studies as a subject will take part in a two-day Digital Literacy Course on Thursday 26 and Friday 27 May at Techtorium in Newmarket.
During Term 2, representatives from different universities around the country will speak to our senior students (either in person or online, COVID-19 restrictions dependent) about the requirements for getting into courses in 2023. On Thursday 26 May, there will be an overview presentation from the University of Otago at lunchtime in the Old Boys' Pavilion.

A group of six students will compete at the New Zealand Young Physicists' Tournament on Saturday 28 May at Ormiston Senior College.
Form 6 students will listen to a presentation from Darren Pereira entitled Shape Your Destiny on Friday 3 June. Students in classes 6C1 to 6I1 will have their presentation during periods 1-3 (9:25am-11:45am) and classes 6A to 6I will have their briefing during periods 5-7 (12:25pm-3:15pm).
During Term 2, representatives from different universities around the country will speak to our senior students (either in person or online, COVID-19 restrictions dependent) about the requirements for getting into courses in 2023. On Friday 3 June, there will be an overview presentation from Lincoln University at lunchtime in the Centennial Theatre.
Form 6 and 7 students, along with their parents, are invited to the annual Careers Evening to be held on Tuesday 14 June at Clouston Hall at St Cuthbert's College. More information will be provided early in Term 2, including a list of presentations and university representatives in attendance.
Representatives from UNIST (the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology), based in South Korea, will be on campus on Monday 27 June in the Old Boys' Pavilion.
Term 2 examinations for all students will run between Tuesday 5 - Friday 8 July. These examinations will run for 2 hours. Form 3 and 4 students will have normal classes on Friday 1 and Monday 4 July.
