The NZCT Chamber Music Competition will take place on Saturday 8 June at the Raye Freedman Arts Centre, with 18 students from Auckland Grammar School competing.

The School's Premier Concert Band will compete in the annual New Zealand Concert Band Association Festival, held at the University of Waikato, on Sunday 4 August.
The finals of the Junior Music Plate and the Senior Minister's Plate will take place in the Centennial Theatre on Tuesday 10 September, beginning at 7pm.
The final of the annual Form 3 Piano Cup will take place on Thursday 17 October after school, beginning at 3:30pm in the Centennial Theatre. This will be followed by a workshop for all students involved.
