Special Examination Condition lists are posted on the wall outside Learning Support. Please check before Friday to see if you are on this list.

The Examination Timetable, Clash list and Rooming Guide are now confirmed and these have been posted to GrammarNet, the School’s website, and on the noticeboard in the corridor between A10 and A11 . Students are reminded to check the Rooming Guide carefully to make sure that they know where to go for every examination. Students also need to ensure they arrive at the correct room at least 15 minutes before each examination so they ready to start their examination on time at either 9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm or 2pm.

Form 7 members please meet at start of lunch in B12.

For those students interested in studying in the United States, representatives from New York University will be presenting today after School in MMT.

The Pipe Band are having a lunchtime open session where you can have a go on the instruments and meet some of the band members. This will be held in the Music Department room foyer. Any students interested in the Pipe Band are welcome.

There is a meeting in H4 at lunch time today for all athletes who have qualified for the Auckland Championships. Qualifiers have been posted onto the Athletics noticeboard outside the Sports Centre.

Under 17 Basketball Trial - Students who have registered for the Under 17 Basketball trials should come to the Sports' Centre after school today, ready for a 3:30pm start.

Senior Social - Entry forms can be collected from Mr Keshwara and need to be submitted by next Wednesday.

Student Coaches - Senior students who would like to coach a junior rugby team, meet at lunchtime in H4.

2A/B - Players named in the 2A/B squad are to meet in PE3 at lunchtime today.

Under 15A - The under 15A rugby squad will be named on the rugby noticeboard by interval today.

5th Grade - trial is at 3:15pm after the final Examination tomorrow on the Number 3 Field. Please check your email or the Rugby Noticeboard, to find your shirt number and team lists for the trial. You will require boots and mouth guard. Should you wish to trial and not be on the list, please see Mr Easingwood at interval or lunch today in the Geography Office.

Weigh Ins - A list of the 72 students who have not completed the weigh-in process is on the Rugby noticeboard. All Rugby players must check this list and if named, meet Mr Overbury in PE1 at the start of lunch.

Junior B Gold - members of the Junior B Gold team to meet Mr Yeh in A10 at interval today.

Junior B Yellow - members of Junior B Yellow to meet Mr Razjou in B10 at interval today.

A2 Option 1 Economics class go to T10 period 7 today.

Mr Adam's classes for Period 1, 2, 4 and 7 are in T11 today.

A2 & Pre Q Physics classes are to go to the Non-Fiction room of the Library period 4 and 7 today.

4A Science go to non-fiction room in the Library period 2.

4G Science go to non-fiction room in the Library period 3.
