Form 3 and 4 students will have the ID photos taken for 2025 on Monday 2 December between 9:15am - 1pm in the Old Gym adjacent to the Study Centre.

The 2024 Colours and Performing Arts assembly will be held on Tuesday 3 December n the Great Hall, where the School will celebrate the success of our top performing arts students and sportsmen. The assembly will also be livestreamed for those who are unable to make it in person.

The 2024 Leavers’ Dinner for Form 7 students and their parents will be held on Wednesday 4 December at Eden Park, where we will celebrate the class of 2020. The 2024 Prizegiving Assembly will take place on Thursday 5 December in the Great Hall, beginning at 9am. Family members are invited to attend. However, if you are unable to make it in person, the assembly will also be livestreamed.

New students to Auckland Grammar School will have their Orientation Day on Friday 17 January. New Form 3 students who already attended the Orientation Day on Friday 29 November 2024 are not required to attend.

There will be a scheduled Staff Only Day on Monday 20 January, prior to the start of the 2025 academic year. The campus will be closed to students.

Form 3 students will have their ID photos taken after their full cohort photo in the Old Gym on Tuesday 21 January between 1:20pm-2:50pm.

There will be an information for new Form 3 parents in the Great Hall on Wednesday 5 February from 7pm. This will be an opportunity to meet the Form 3 Dean, form masters and senior members of staff who will interact with students on a regular basis.
