Cambridge AS Resit Examinations and 2022 Results Enquiries

Students who are currently studying A2 courses and want to do AS Re-sits in the May-June series can pick up information and application forms from the Leadership Team corridor. The deadline for applications to Dr Etty and payment to the Finance Office is Friday 3 February.

Students who wish to apply for a Results Enquiry following their Cambridge results may also collect information and application forms from the Leadership Team corridor.

Auckland Transport - Rail Network Rebuild

The Rail Network Rebuild is an essential upgrade of Auckland’s rail network. The Rebuild will be done one section at a time over the next three years. All students are recommended to plan their journey by visiting the journey planner function on the Auckland Transport website.

Athletics trainings

The following athletics trainings will resume this week:

Shot Put and Discus on Thursday 7.15am on the top field

Sprints on Thursday 7.30am on the astroturf

Middle Distance on Thursday and Friday 7.30am on the top field

Javelin on Thursday 3.30pm on the top field

Long Jump and Hurdles on Friday 7.30am on the astroturf

All trainings are open to athletes both old and new and do not require any gear or experience.

Cricket - catch up trial

There is a catch-up trial for any player that missed the trial process, this afternoon from 3:15pm until 5pm at the nets beside the sports centre.

Meeting for all returning mountain bikers to pick up EOTC paperwork in room H1 at lunchtime.

Rugby - Summer training squad

Any 5th, 6th and 7th form students that want to join the 1st XV Summer Training Squad, are invited to attend afternoon trainings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, straight after school on the no 3 field.

Swimming - Learn to swim

The School is now offering comprehensive swimming instructions for all levels of swimmers. If you are a complete beginner, you know how to swim but would like technical advice or you just want to swim for fitness, please come to a quick meeting at lunchtime in the Centennial Theatre this Thursday.

Students interested in playing competitive Tennis for Grammar this year, please register using the sign-up sheets on the notice board outside A9. Trials for Senior competitive Tennis teams will take place promptly after school on Wednesday 1st February at Ngatira Tennis Club along Clive Road. Trials for Junior competitive Tennis teams will take place promptly after school on Tuesday 8th February at Ngatira Tennis Club along Clive Road.

There will be information about meetings for those that would like to play social Tennis for Grammar in due course.
