- Winter Tournament - August 2011
- Nine Grammar teams competed in various tournments around the country. The Premier Table Tennis team beat Macleans College in the final of their National tournament to crown a superb season. Basketball also went close reaching their final, but lost to Northern Region champions Rosmini College. 1st XI Football and U15 Rugby both had excellent tournaments both losing narrowly at the semi-final stage but both won their play-off match for 3rd place, the 1st XI beating MAGS and U15's defeating Napier Boys' High. - Grammar Rowers Win Maadi Cup 2011
- On Saturday 2 April Grammar Rowing had its best ever Maadi Cup Regatta winning three Gold and two Silver medals. The U18 4's won the Springbok Shield for the first time and then completed the double by winning the Maadi Cup in the U18 8's final.

Yachting 2011
Yachting at Grammar 2011 has had mixed success. For the first time in the last 15 years we did not have enough fleet racing sailors to compete for the Auckland title and so had to give up the trophy without a fight. Fortunatly there are some keen younger sailors at school so the situation should not be repeated.
The teams racing group of William Linkhorn 6D (captain), Fred Bruinsma-Fogerty 4A, Israel Miles 5K, Max van Stom 5B, Ceanneidigh Miles 7H, Alejo Pedreira 3H and Hugh Blackburne 5A, took part in two regattas, the Auckland Cup and the NZSS nationals. This is a young team still learning the trade and did well at times but could not keep up to the level expected at other times.
We finished 5th out of 8 in the Auckland Cup. We won our first 10 races at the Nationals to gain promotion to the Silver fleet, and then lost the remaining 8 races to finish 19th out of 28 teams.
