New Sports Facility

Sports and physical education play a crucial role in the ethos of Auckland Grammar School.

The new purpose-built Sports Centre within the School grounds ensures we provide a wide variety of top class sports facilities and resources to an increasing number of Grammar boys.

The Sports Centre is a long-overdue addition to the School's sporting facilities.

• Gym space catering for national volleyball and basketball and club-level badminton.
• Flexible layout allowing for two basketball courts and eight badminton courts.
• Retractable tiered bleacher seating.
• Three team changing rooms with shower and toilet facilities.
• Referee facilities.
• Viewing gallery.
• Three full-size classrooms.
• Office space for the Physical Education Department.
