Governing Philosophy

Over the last decade an obvious international shift has been occurring whereby top executives have realised that in order to maintain a competitive advantage they must invest in recruiting and developing individuals who excel at creating cohesive teams out of people who possess diverse skills and experiences. The ethos behind the Auckland Grammar School Leadership Programmes is to develop young men of real character who possess the following qualities:
